Elections

There will be Local Council Elections on 23rd April 2026

If you are interested in Standing as a Parish Council you will need to visit the Electoral Commissioners website . There you will need to search for Parish & Town Councils Nomination packs.  On this webpage page you will be able to download the Guidance for Candidates along with Nomination Pack. You will need to ensure that you have ALL the relevant documents downloaded. Once you have downloaded you will need to print off the documents and complete them. Once you have them completed  you will need to get them proposed and seconded before  delivering them to The Shirehall in Shrewsbury. They must be delivered by HAND. These are the rules of the Electoral Commission .

Alternatively you can contact the Clerk for a nomination pack to be posted to you.
