Uffington Parish Council are proud to be included as one of the Founder members of the Sunflower Appeal, organised by Lingen Davies. This appeal has been set up to raise £5m for new cancer services at the Princess Royal. Uffington Parish Council will be named on a mural in the new Lingen Davies Centre when it is opened at the Princess Royal Hospital in 2029.

As part of the support and awareness offering Lingen Davies now provide “Cancer Champions” training. This training is provided free of charge (only cost is 4 hours of your time) and is essentially building knowledge so individuals feel more equipped to deal with conversations with friends/family dealing with cancer.
